Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Anglerfish's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Description of Service

Anglerfish provides training data compliance auditing services using vector-based analysis. Our service identifies potential copyright concerns in your AI training datasets without accessing the underlying content.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to submit vectors for analysis
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding your training data
• Acting on compliance findings in a timely manner

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.7% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your data. Anglerfish retains rights to our proprietary analysis methods, reports formats, and service infrastructure. Compliance reports are licensed for your internal use only.

Limitation of Liability

Anglerfish's compliance audits are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on our reports. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Accrued obligations survive termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
