At Anglerfish, privacy is foundational to our service. Our vectors-only approach means we never access, store, or process your actual training data content. We work exclusively with mathematical representations (vectors) that cannot be reverse-engineered to reveal original content.

Information We Collect

We collect only what's necessary to provide our compliance services:

• Account information (email, company name, billing details)
• Vector embeddings you submit for compliance analysis
• Metadata about your audit requests (timestamps, file counts)
• Usage data to improve our service

What We Never Collect

Our architecture is specifically designed to never access:

• Your original training data or documents
• Raw text, images, or media files
• Any content that could be reconstructed from vectors

Data Retention

Vector embeddings submitted for analysis are processed in real-time and deleted within 24 hours of audit completion. Compliance reports are retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

Third-Party Services

We use industry-standard services for infrastructure, analytics, and payment processing. All third-party providers are vetted for SOC 2 compliance and bound by data processing agreements.
